Each room covers the needs of a family with 2 children. The studios consist of a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom with a shower, fully equipped kitchen, toaster, kettle, fridge, TV, wireless internet, air condition, hairdryer, iron and are decorated with our personal care according to the simply traditional style and art paintings of Aversa, in order to please you.

There is also a BBQ grill in the garden and an open kitchen so you can cook outside your room. In this area there is a sink, 2 refrigerators and everything you will need for cooking. Chairs and tables so you can eat next to your children playing in the playground.

The studios Patroudis House is just 350 meters from the beach where there is plenty of space under the trees for those who do not want organized beaches and an organized beach bar with pool and all the comforts. Right next to that, in front of the sea, is a tavern with cheap and quality food.

In walking distance there is the Super Market and the Pharmacy. Also, the health center is located about 5 km away in the village of Prinos.
